The 2012 Registration Form is attached.

For all NEW players, it will be time saving for you to print this form and fill out and then bring to the registration day. 

For all returning players we will have pre-filled registration forms so there is no need to print this.

Registration days are being held on Saturday 4th & 11th February at North Curl Curl Bowling Club from 9am - 1pm, cnr Abbot and Griffin Road.  The registration tents will be setup at the rear of the bowling club which can be accessed via the carpark entrance on Abbot Road or via the pedestrian side entrance on Griffin Road where…
