1. If Training is cancelled.

A decision to cancel training due to wet weather will be made by the Club or the Council. This decision will be made by 3.00pm on the day of training. It is the responsibility of the player, or parent(s) of, to contact their respective Age Group Manager to confirm, however the club will email or sms parents where possible to inform them if training has been cancelled. Please make sure that the club secretary has your most update email address and mobile phone number.

2. If Match Day is cancelled

If a game is cancelled due to poor weather, then the council or club that runs the oval will decide if the grounds are suitable to be played on. This decision should be made by 3.00pm the Friday before the match, and if not, by 7.00am on Saturday morning. It is the responsibility of the player, or parent(s) of, to contact their respective Age Group Manager to confirm.

3. If Training or Match Day changes

If Training or Game Fixtures are changed, either times or venue, the Club (through each Age Group Manager) will contact each player, or parent(s) of, to advise of the new details. The Club will endeavor to give at least 24 hours notice subject to availability of information from outside sources. Notifications will be by telephone and or email. It is the responsibility of the player, or parent(s) of, to provide all necessary contact details to the Club.
